It’s been a few weeks since my last post. I have some news to share. I recently found out that I am pregnant with our second child! Mr. Pepper and I are extremely excited to have a new addition to our family. Needless to say, the first trimester has not been easy. This pregnancy is actually much harder than the previous one. It has been difficult to cook and develop recipes without the feeling of nausea. From the minute I wake up until the minute I go to bed, I am nauseous all day long. I am constantly feeling dizzy and hungry. Certain smells worsen nausea. I have been feeling exhausted and simply, uninspired to write. I hope to resume my regular writing schedule once I feel better. In the meantime, I would like to share how I have been dealing with pregnancy nausea and hunger….
